We are happy to help you with your return. Any item that is unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition you received it in, is eligible to return for shop credit only. Our policy is for 14 days. If your purchase is over 14 days, unfortunately we are unable to provide a return. Once we receive the item back to our facility, we will issue a shop credit for the purchase price of the item. Only regular priced items may be returned for a store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you/us, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
